Team workspaces support invitations, roles, shared editing, and ordered approval policies. An active subscription on the requesting account is required for PDF/DOCX exports and sending signature requests. Recipients can sign and download their signature records without a subscription.
How do monthly and annual billing differ?
Monthly billing is $29 per month. Annual billing is $290 per year, a saving of $58 compared with twelve monthly payments. The core product workflows are the same.
Is AI processing unlimited?
No. Hourly and daily usage limits apply. Larger contracts and retries use more of the daily allowance.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Sign in and use Manage billing to open the billing portal. Changes to export access follow the subscription status and paid billing period.
Does a subscription include legal representation?
No. LegalDoc provides drafting and review assistance. A lawyer request is a separate intake step and does not establish legal representation.
